About Me

Hello, I'm Greg!

 

I am a certified Ananda Meditation instructor, energy worker, and practitioner of Reiki, Motoki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I founded Calm Collective Meditation to help people reduce stress, gain mental clarity, and feel more at ease in their daily lives through meditation and energy work.


My meditation journey began over 15 years ago when I experienced a deep sense of calm during a guided visualization. That experience led me to develop a daily meditation practice that helped me manage anxiety and build a greater sense of inner balance. Wanting to share these benefits with others, I pursued formal training and now guide individuals in cultivating their own mindfulness practices.


Through Calm Collective Meditation, I offer group workshops, private sessions, and energy healing to support people in feeling more centered and present. My approach combines meditation, breathwork, and energy work, with a focus on chakra alignment and emotional release. By integrating Reiki, Motoki, and EFT, I help clients work through stress, release stuck emotions, and reconnect with their natural state of balance.


I am also active in the local spiritual community, teaching at spiritual fairs and collaborating with other healers to make mindfulness and energy healing more accessible. Whether working one-on-one or in group settings, I strive to create a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds and experience levels can explore meditation in a way that works for them.


My goal is simple: to help others find greater ease, clarity, and connection—one step at a time.
